Peer Arbitration Body

The Peer Arbitration Body is composed of 3 persons and elects the Chairman and Secretary from among themselves.

The powers of the Peer Arbitration Body include:    

• examining disputes between members of the Chamber arising in connection with their activities in the Chamber, at the request of one of the parties,
• examining matters connected with disrespecting the members' rights, the provisions of the Articles of Association, rules and regulations as well as resolutions of the authorities of the Chamber.
• The Peer Arbitration Body consisting of 3 members issues judgements. Appeals against its judgments are examined by the Peer Arbitration Body with full attendance.
